Spring 2022 SOC reports now available with 150 services in scope

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we’re committed to providing our customers with continued assurance over the security, availability and confidentiality of the AWS control environment. We’re proud to deliver the Spring 2022 System and Organizational (SOC) 1, 2 and 3 reports, which cover October 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, to support our AWS customers’ confidence in AWS services.

The Spring 2022 SOC reports now include the Asia Pacific (Jakarta) Region, newly added to scope. The associated infrastructure supporting our in-scope products and services is also updated to reflect new edge locations, AWS Wavelength zones, and AWS Local Zones.

The Spring 2022 SOC reports include an additional 9 new services in scope, for a total of 150 services. See the full list on our Services in Scope by Compliance Program page.

The Spring 2022 SOC reports are now available to AWS customers through AWS Artifact in the AWS Management Console, or you can see our publicly-accessible PDF of the SOC 3 Report.

SOC reports now available in Spanish

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we continue to listen to our customers, regulators, and stakeholders to understand their needs regarding audit, assurance, certification, and attestation programs. We are pleased to announce that Fall 2021 AWS SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 reports are now available in Spanish. These translated reports will help drive greater engagement and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements across Latin America and Spain.

The English language version of the reports should be taken into account regarding the independent opinion issued by the auditors and control test results. They will be a complement to the Spanish version.

Translated SOC Reports in Spanish are available through AWS Artifact. Translated SOC reports in Spanish will be published twice a year in alignment with the Fall and Spring reporting cycles.

Los informes SOC ahora están disponibles en español

Seguimos escuchando a nuestros clientes, reguladores y partes interesadas para comprender sus necesidades en relación con los programas de auditoría, garantía, certificación y atestación en Amazon Web Services (AWS). Nos complace anunciar que los informes SOC 1, SOC 2 y SOC 3 de AWS de otoño de 2021 ya están disponibles en español. Estos informes traducidos ayudarán a impulsar un mayor compromiso y alineación con los requisitos regulatorios y de los clientes en las regiones de América Latina y España.

La versión en inglés de los informes debe tenerse en cuenta en relación con la opinión independiente emitida por los auditores y los resultados de las pruebas de control, como complemento de las versiones en español.

Los informes SOC traducidos en español están disponibles en AWS Artifact. Los informes SOC traducidos en español se publicarán dos veces al año según los ciclos de informes de otoño y primavera.

At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we’re committed to providing our customers with continued assurance over the security, availability and confidentiality of the AWS control environment. We’re proud to deliver the System and Organizational (SOC) 1, 2, and 3 reports to enable our AWS customers to maintain confidence in AWS services.

For the Fall 2021 SOC reports, covering April 1, 2021, to September 30, 2021, we are excited to announce eight new services in scope, for a total of 141 total services in scope. You can see the full list on Services in Scope by Compliance Program. The associated infrastructure supporting our in-scope products and services is updated to reflect new regions, edge locations, Wavelength, and Local Zones.

Fall 2021 SOC 2 Type I Privacy report now available

 Your privacy considerations are at the core of our compliance work, and at Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are focused on the protection of your content while using AWS services. Our Fall 2021 SOC 2 Type I Privacy report is now available, demonstrating the privacy compliance commitments we made to you.

The Fall 2021 SOC 2 Type I Privacy report provides you with a third-party attestation of our system and the suitability of the design of our privacy controls. The SOC 2 Privacy Trust Service Criteria (TSC), developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) establishes the criteria for evaluating controls relating to how personal information is collected, used, retained, disclosed and disposed of to meet AWS’ objectives. You can find additional information related to privacy commitments supporting our SOC 2 Type 1 report in the AWS Customer Agreement documentation.

The scope of the privacy report includes information about how we handle the content that you upload to AWS and how it is protected in all of the services and locations that are in scope for the latest AWS SOC reports. You can find our SOC 2 Type I Privacy report through Artifact in the AWS Management Console.
