Organizations need to describe how they integrate cybersecurity into their overall risk management and governance framework. “It’s crucial to provide an accurate snapshot of your cybersecurity processes and management’s oversight to ensure investor trust,” said Ayo Caros. Ensuring these disclosures are accurate and reflect actual practices is vital for maintaining transparency and compliance.
